How to Access Cornell Library Database Resources


Many of you have asked how to access library databases. The following instructions should help you.

As always, if you have further questions about accessing any library resources, please contact a reference librarian or someone at the Circulation Desk.

FROM OFF-CAMPUS:

Go to http://it.vermontlaw.edu/
Click on: VLS Subscription Law Databases (on the left)
Log in with your VLS network (Novell) username and password
The next screen will be a list of our subscription databases - Make your selection.

OR

Go to the VLS Library web page http://www.vermontlaw.edu/library/
Click on Find Databases & Indexes
DO NOT click on a database at this point!
Click on: Click HERE for Off-Campus Access to VLS Subscription Databases (right above the list of databases)
Log in with your VLS network (Novell) username and password
The next screen will be a list of our subscription databases - Make your selection.


FROM ON-CAMPUS:

Go to the VLS Library web page http://www.vermontlaw.edu/library/
Click on Find Databases & Indexes
The next screen will be a list of our databases - Make your selection.
