Saving Documents in MS Word

1. From within Microsoft Word choose File, then Save.
2. In the popup window choose the location to save
3. The location should be J:\My Documents


4. You can also save in a subfolder of J:\My Documents
5. It is strongly suggested you save in more than one location such as your 'J' drive and a CD
