What If My Job Won't Print?


If your job does not print from the printer after you send it, you must first delete that print job from the queue prior to sending it again to the printer:
  1. Click on the Start button, select Settings, select Printers
  2. Double-click the printer in use.
  3. The printer's queue window will appear.

  1. Click on your document.
  2. Hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
  3. This should delete the job from the queue.
