PRINTING ENVELOPES

PLEASE NOTE: Bond type paper envelopes may not give a good quality print.

Using Microsoft Word

  1. Go to Tools
  2. Letters and Mailings
  3. Envelopes and Labels
  4. Select Print
  5. The IR3300 printer will beep and flash an orange light
  6. Load your envelope in the stack bypass tray with the flap side down and away from you.

  7. This is a tray located on the right hand side of the machine and drops down.
  8. On the print monitor
  9. Select System Monitor
  10. If the printer display monitor is off, press on the On/Off button and it will light up.
  11. You do not need a password to print to this printer. Bypass this by selecting the System Monitor in the lower right hand corner.
  12. Select paper size Envelope
  13. Select Com10
  14. Select OK
  15. Select OK
  16. Select DONE
  17. The envelope will print.

Using Wordperfect

  1. Place your envelope in the stack bypass with the flap side down and away from you.
  2. This is a tray located on the right hand side of the machine and drops down.
  3. In Word Perfect
  4. Select Format
  5. Select Envelope
  6. When the Window Personalize your own Template comes up hit OK
  7. At the Corel Central Address book click Cancel
  8. Under Envelope Options be sure you have selected Size #10
  9. Fill in your address information
  10. Select Print
  11. The envelope should print with no further instructions for the printer.
