PRINTING ENVELOPES
PLEASE NOTE: Bond type paper envelopes may not give a good quality print.
Using Microsoft Word
- Go to Tools
- Letters and Mailings
- Envelopes and Labels
- Select Print
- The IR3300 printer will beep and flash an orange light
- Load your envelope in the stack bypass tray with the flap side down and away from you.
This is a tray located on the right hand side of the machine and drops down.
- On the print monitor
- Select System Monitor
- If the printer display monitor is off, press on the On/Off button and it will light up.
- You do not need a password to print to this printer. Bypass this by selecting the
System Monitor in the lower right hand corner.
- Select paper size Envelope
- Select Com10
- Select OK
- Select OK
- Select DONE
- The envelope will print.
Using Wordperfect
- Place your envelope in the stack bypass with the flap side down and away from you.
- This is a tray located on the right hand side of the machine and drops down.
- In Word Perfect
- Select Format
- Select Envelope
- When the Window Personalize your own Template comes up hit OK
- At the Corel Central Address book click Cancel
- Under Envelope Options be sure you have selected Size #10
- Fill in your address information
- Select Print
- The envelope should print with no further instructions for the printer.
