8/23/07: Class Cancellation
Dear Criminal Procedure & Practice Students:

Professor Sargent will be away the first week of classes teaching a special evidence course at National Judicial College therefore Criminal Procedure & Practice will be canceled during the first week of classes. Class will instead begin the week of September 3rd. All missed classes will be made up.

As soon as the syllabus becomes available, I will post it on the course TWEN site.
